Email notifications can be setup under the Email tab.
Enter the mail email to notify for example support@company.com
For webpush notifications in the browser OneSignal is required. Signup for an account and enter your keys on the integration page. Afterwards go to https://<company>.trustswiftly.com/notifications to subscribe to web browser notifications.
